I live just outside of Derby, so it's some distance from you. Thanks for the offer. I'm looking at getting my project off the ground, but without the experience and facilities it's hardgoo'in'. So I'm considering assisting someone, or working part time to get more confidence producing composite parts.
Yes, we've had some terrible rain recently. I take it it's put you behind on your deadline for this?
Right, that's a good couple of hours from me. Well if you don't find somewhere closer the offer still stands, come for a few days if that makes it more worth while. What project are you planning or is it top secret.

A bit more progress. Got the outlet Ducts set into the Bonnet and the Dash and Aeroscreen mocked-up.

hahaha you better add some kevlar in that case! wouldnt want the customer getting splinters in awkward places when gravity wins that fight!!!

Hi Wozza,
My first post on talk composites.
That is a very interesting project, I currently have a Dax Rush I am looking to create Carbon parts for and redesign the frontend/backend
I have been looking at the Donkervoort for inspiration.

I will be following this thread :-)

Hi Warren,
I have recently joined the LCB forum as most or the answers to any of my kit car questions end up being answered there, I am davro on there.
Trying the learn about composites currently as I am a complete newbie to composites.
Have watched most of the easycomposites videos very informative and made me feel like I could do this.
Sorry for hijacking your thread, I will get a thread going of my current and planned Dax Rush CF projects, Roof, Doors etc.
Thanks
Davro
