Started my first ever pre-preg lay up......




My FIRST ever part..



I then moved on to do the rest of the kit...

6 Months later... No bodywork and 3 irate customers wanting kits, after they were so impressed with the mock up they paid for kits in full!



As you can see... Almost nothing had been done and now it was sent to Derbyshire to another company to make the moulds.... By now I was not looking forward to sending the moulds to the original company to make the kits and now because the original supplier had "SORTED" with the customers directly to make a monocoque seat/tank unit... Not in my original plan but I decided what the hell...

So now we had to blend the original fuel tank into my seat unit...





Next the fairing....

Finally on its wheels and looking like a bike...




At this point it was sent up to a carbon supplier/manufacturer in Scotland. 6/8 weeks later it was due to have a self supporting seat unit and full fairing...

I hope photos can say more than I can.... So much to say so I hope the photos are enough...
I bought an Aprilia RS250 off eBay for a trackday bike..It had been a right off so I didnt expect it to be really nice.. But it was... So it would have been a crime to use it on track and trash perfectly good new genuine bodywork.. So I decided to change the bikes shape totally.....
