One of my customers asked if I could make one of my Rear Wings with a V Joint. For some unknown reason I agreed to give it a go.

The Wing is fairly tricky to make anyway, being made from two (upper and lower) pieces moulded and then bonded together with strengthening ribs in between. It is difficult to "match" the weave on the join line even without the "V".
Anyway after some head scratching here is the result. It certainly isn't perfect but I have learnt quite a lot in the process.
(sorry for the poor quality pictures)

Regards Warren
