Infusion resin calculation chart

Group: Forum Members Posts: 135, Visits: 1.6K	Hey Paul, On your instructional thread theres a chart calculating resin needed for a certain size part. Am I missing something because on the infusion starter kit instructions there is a similar chart but with much smaller amounts. I have a first test going at the moment, part is about 34x24cm 2 layers 200gm carbon and 2 layers 160g (i think it is) E-glass. I was thinking like 250g resin or will I need more? cheers, Regards, Fabian

Group: Administrators Posts: 134, Visits: 614	Hi Fabian, Trust the chart on here, the Infusion PDF guide requires an update, as long as you are watching the infusion even is you mix too little resin you can effectivly 'pause' the infusion by clamping both feed and vacuum lines while you mix a bit more resin.
