i'm guessing the 'pins' are on the rear of the part that locate and hold the part in its correct place. you could take a mould of said locating pins on the rear of the part.
doing a good mould of these pins would help, as it would end up being used to get them in the correct place for bonding. you could go further and make a mould to use as a locater then make another putting wider flanges on it for infusing the parts

I'm going to start attempting to make a interior parts for my Legacy in a few weeks.
I plan on making an outer cf skin, inner fg skin and then bonding them together. The main reason for this is due to the locating pins on the rear of the parts. I can't see a way to include these using just one skin.
My question is, how do I make these pins? The mold should be straight forward enough, but how do I get the fg into the mold to form the part?
Hope that makes sense!
