Has anyone tested making an infusion with the closed split mold?

I would like to make a tube of complex geometry and the difficulty is the union of the two parts.

Yeh sure, I used to infuse my tubes before I switched to pre-preg. The hardest thing is removing the consumables afterwards, this can be an absolute nightmare and is the number one reason I wouldn't recommend infusion for tubes - especially if it is smaller than 3.5-4" diameter and it is difficult to fit your hand inside and grip things.
