Assuming the surface is properly prepared and you wet out the fabric generously, then there should be a reasonable amount of resin soak through to the surface of the part adhering the fabric in place. So delamination should not be too big an issue.
In my experience, sometimes, the act of wetting out the fabric, is enough to break down the spray tack bond meaning the fabric can move around. So care is needed depending on adhesive and resin combination.
