I believe it is nylon powder that is fused by the SLS process but your recommendation sounds perfect. We will get some sandpaper as well 👍

What polymer is the SLS printed in, polyamide (Nylon)? 

A methyl methacrylate is probably going to be your best bet. If you're in the UK, Easy Composites VuduGlu VM100 is a methyl methacrylate that would likely work well. A polyurethane may also work, but may need a primer to bond to the PVC. In all cases, surface prep is very important. Make sure to rough up all surfaces to be bonded with 60 or 80 grit, and thoroughly degrease with Isopropyl Alcohol (especially important if the SLS is a polyamide, these are naturally very greasy).

Hi. I'm interest in peoples experience with adhesives and carbon fibre. I wish to glue a SLS printed part to a carbon fibre tube and a plastic PVC end to the Carbon Fibre. Whats the best adhesive for this?
