Assuming the nomenclature they have used is pretty typical, that looks like a 3.2mm cell size in a 48kg/m3 weight with a slice thickness of 16mm.
It looks like a slightly thicker paper than I have seen for similarly small cell size nomexs. eg our aerospace nomex in a 3.2 is much lighter in colour and looks to have a thinner paper thickness. The paper above looks more similar to our 4.8mm nomex which is a thicker paper and hence higher density overall.
I guess the manufacturer should be able to supply you with a datasheet for the basic specification.
