Hello Warren
Yes you are right was a moisture.
I used Epoxy Rapid Repair Resin.
I did it in the yard and I started at 5 pm on Monday and around 2 am when I went to check it under the hand I felt a slight damp but on the next day I start also 5pm because during the day it was too hot to do anything on canoe a boat was dry and full cure so I poured a water from the bottle and when the canoe I poured water from the bottle and when the canoe was drying up milky spilled out, I thought it's will be trouble so I waited until the next day and for next day still was milky on surface, I thought what to do as you wrote also thought I had to use the sandpaper and I used water sandpaper 400 and to my surprise everything was disappear from boat I washed it water with detergent I waited as it dried and then I used wax and I polished it and the effect was surprising great at the afternoon I went to the training and after the training there was no more milky. Basic matter must be all the time maintaining a constant temperature for the complete the process and in the room Thank you for your quick response and support.
Many thanks Lukasz
