+x oekmont - 7/20/2019 8:51:39 AMI guess it is just moulded plastic. Doesn't look like carbon to me. could be Extremely carefully wetted skinning with a matt clearcoat, too. It is certainly not prepreg, as it would have been compressed with a plastic back and therefore would have a semi glossy uneven surface with bag wrinkles.Maybe it is a cheaper "carbon" foil wrap, they look like this too.
