Hello, I'm really new to this carbon fiber parts making using vacuum pump, so I was wondering if you guys know what would be the best vacuum pump for a reasonable price (). Or vacuum pump is not necessary if you are new to carbon fiber parts making?

This is a dual stage pump, which isn't necessary for composite applications. A cheaper single stage pump will work just as fine
