You dont need anymore infusion media, thats one of the many benefits.

If you look at the smooth on.website in America it has materials similar to alan harper. You will need to spray it to get a decent coverage on anything other than flat.


I found a Alan Harper Distributor here who also provides silicone vacuum bag creation service, so I will not need to invest with equipment to make just a few bags.

I'm already arranging my first silicone vacuum bag!

Seams like a really cool option but only if you want to produce a couple of the same parts. If you are mostly doing single infusions so the silicone way would be much to expansive I think.

yes this process is aimed at multi part production, we had a very good turnout at the Alan Harper Training / Demo last week at the NCC.

I will certainly be using it on some of my infusion tooling and possibly my semi production prepreg tools too.
