Will the glasscast 3 make the glasscast 50 really glossy?
I’ve done main pour and sanded down to 2000 grit. It’s quite cloudy although I’ve not polished it yet.
If I just brushed over the glasscast 3, would it all come back to being transparent again?

Yes it would, but so would a polish.  You would need to add a decent thickness of around 1.5mm plus of GlassCast 3 to ensure it self levels perfectly flat.

Thanks warren. So let’s say I really roughly sanded the resin to let’s say an 80 grit (the resin has a depth of 30mm) then apply 2mm of the glasscast it would be totally transparent?

Yes as the new resin fills in any scratches and dinks in the previous layer.
