Hi,
The Permabond 515 will bond vinylester parts very well, obviously you would need to prepare the area like any other (sand and degrease)
As a rule of thumb these guidlines can be followed for resin bonding;
Epoxy will bond well to cured polyester/vinylester
Vinylester/polyester will bond reasonably well to itself
Vinylester/polyester will not bond well to cured epoxy
Epoxy will bond well to itself
The ET515 is an epoxy based adhesive so it should adhere well to any resin system.
