Hi! I just wanted some advice on how to go about making a mould of the part pictured below (circled red). I was considering using the uni-mould kit and obviously closing the hole but would this be the sufficient way to go about it? My plan is to replicate this part via a mould then make replicas of it with carbon fibre via resin infusion (not prepreg). Please advise if this is possible. Many thanks in advance.

It wouldn't be easy, but it's certainly possible. To be honest, the trickiest thing I see there will be the clips. Fairly straight forward otherwise, just a little tight.

Thanks for the reply Hanaldo. Just out of curiosity, what do you think would be the best method? My only issue is that I'd create the mould using uni-mould but the mould would not have any...

Ifyou're concerned regarding some of the tight angular areas, then you could possibly try using an epoxy gelcoat and a combination of powder bound csm (with epoxy resin) and EC's mould making putty,....
