I require a 4.8mm O/D finished size tube , concentric to the bore .. can you supply unfinished ground O/D material , for me to produce my own ground finished diameter ? Leaving me more material on than the 5mm size you supply ?

The tolerances on the tubes are +-0.1mm at that size.  The pultruded tubes have no lacquer on them so you should be straight into the carbon.  The woven finish tubes, it depends how thick the lacquer layer is.
