I have managed to get a pinhole free surface......on the female side a the part (the "B" side) On the male side, its still full of gaps. Its very bizare. I have used the wax paper and the plastic carrier as releases, both work, but the wax leaves the surface pinhole free. unfortunately I cant use the wax paper on the mould.
I get full vacuum and thin parts, but still no luck.
OK.. what is your cure schedule? Do you debulk the first layer too?
Here you can see this is straight out of the mould...

Yes.....
I use it for all my work....
Infact the curing schedule they use now is the one I did and got to work. So I know their PDF is correct and I would recommend you do use a ramp and dwell controller.. If you do it will work everytime...
This is just out of the mould.. Un trimmed.

I have some DF 212 available. Its SHD composites out of autoclave material.
I got some as a trial; it does not work for my application.
$50 for approv 1 sq meter plus shipping.
