HI I'm about to start making moulds of my car doors and was wondering when I do the mould of the inner skin  (door card side) will it mechanically lock as the two sides aren't tapered

It shouldn't. Parts like that are generally press moulded, so they are designed with enough taper to get them out of the mould. 

You will have to follow your own instincts a bit, as it's very difficult to tell from those photos whether or not you've got a lock. My impression, looking at those photos and knowing how they were likely made, would be that they will come out of the mould ok. If you don't feel confident in that then it's always better to do a split mould instead.
