Which adhesive is the best for bonding carbon to carbon, inner and outer skin of carbon car doors,  also when bonding the two together when the adhesive seeps out between the two won't this be visible once it's had its final trim?

Hi Paul,

I like to use black methacrylate adhesive as it leaves an almost hidden bonding line for carbon to carbon.
Just clean the surfaces and key in both sides using an abrasive of some kind ...

Usually keep some of this in the composite stock cupboard.

I've not used any of the adhesives from ec. I usually use 3m dp490 which is an epoxy 2 part structural adhesive. You can mix micro balloons into the mix to ensure the bond thickness is maintained.
