Isit possible to make an infusion partwith both sides glossy?
Part size about 50mm x 700mm x 4 mm thickness

How about closed mould techniques like RTM?  If I've got the idea right it's pressurised resin flow but it does seem to need CSM or combimat type fabrics.  Surely you could use one of these fabric types as a flow medium inside carbon laminate to achieve a mould finish on both sides.  You would have to make two moulds though!
