Are you talking about "mixing" Unimould Gel-coat with epoxy for backing?? That will probably not work at all .... As far as I'm aware the Unimould Gelcoat is a Vinylester type.
If you want a very stable and shrink free "-dimensionally stable" mould, then use an all epoxy setup, with CF and Glass reinforcement.
While the Epoxy gelcoat will not polish up as nicely "mirror-finish" as the Polyester/vinylester Gels, it will be very strong.
