These are some pictures from parts id like to get in CF.
As you can see the center console has some parts done already, some which failed big time.
No surprise since i have never done it.
Used the Carbon fiber beginner skinning kit with the regular 2/2 fabric

If i had any options of letting someone do it for me i probably would.
But the few people/companies i found were asking close to 3-4k € doing it.
It's cheaper to buy original parts with CF at that price.
I know with some more practice i can figure it out.
Though i am curious if i would be better of using the ProFinish 2/2 fabric?
I seem to mess things up a lot with the edges, where the fabric is very fragile.
Which in turn gives a bad finish at the edges.
And as you can see some parts have angles and curves, which will be tricky for the inexperienced person.
From what i can gather the ProFinish makes life a little easier, though the description mentions is mainly used for flat surfaces.
The flat areas are not much of an issue, its the curved and corners which are where i mess things up.
I also might need to be less conservative with the fabric.
Though 1 part the shift knob trim had some weird hazy spots, which i cannot explain.
By the time i sanded them out there was very little left of my top coat.
Any advice would be welcome.
Thanks
