I was going to use the EC uni mould system but i don't like the face it can only go up to 80 degrees c.
Which means 10 hours to cure the pre preg. (correct me if I'm wrong)
Would like lowest cure time possibly.
Are there any other options in high temp mould materials?

I have used upto 100c using unimold but that would be pushing the limits.

Unimould has been used up to 120 degrees, but it's untested territory. The service life of the mould would definitely be reduced. For low production tooling it will work, but if you need to make a lot of parts then it's not ideal.
I would suggest just sticking to a 100 degree cure cycle, which the Unimould will handle. If you need to cure hotter than that reliably, then you're gonna be looking at other materials. Machined aluminium is an option. I've seen composite tooling for high temperatures, but you'd want to be sitting down when you look at the prices. I've used Airtech Toolfusion (can take up to 191 degrees C), but you're looking at AUD $3000 for just 4L of gelcoat. Then you need the tooling resin to go with it, which is also ludicrous money.
