Group: Forum Members Posts: 1, Visits: 2	Hello everybody, For years I've stood outside hungrily staring through the window at the carbon fiber world. I'm finally (financially) at the point in life where I can start pursuing the projects that have been bouncing around in my head. My interest in carbon fiber is primarily automotive, or at least that's what sparked it. I do have ideas concerning other areas, but I have to start getting experience somewhere. I ended up at this forum mostly because I have ideas for which I'm having difficulty finding answers. I have watched a lot of the tutorial videos by Easy Composites, and like the way they present information. I'm glad to be here, and thank you all for making this site possible.

Group: Forum Members Posts: 592, Visits: 1.9K	Well ... If you're in Alaska then I think the first thing you need to invest in is a nice well heated and ventilated workshop space ... Most CF composite work really needs "comfortable" temperatures 18 - 20 degrees Centigrade ... Also I seem to remember that Alaska can get a bit humid in the summers, that can present problems with epoxy resins. Welcome to the EC forum and -- Good Luck!! "Sapere Aude"... Dare to KNOW!
