I have been working for a customer/friend on a new shell for his hill climb/sprint car. The plug is based on a Reliant Kitten shell. The new additions have been built up from ply and Kingspan boards followed by a layer of 450 CSM. A week of applying and sanding filler has resulted in a nice flat surface ready for 2K high build primer followed by 2k direct gloss. Then I shall start adding flanges, it will require an eight piece mould plus wheel arch returns. The final shell will be done in full carbon.

Looks good. The owner of a local garage near me has a Saab turbo powered spaceframed kitten.

This one also runs a spaceframe and a very "trick" bored and stroked Honda S2000 lump. The shells will be available on a commercial basis if he fancy's one
