I also want to make carbon tube, in my case the most important is the lowest cost, my method will be the next, impregnated with epoxy a piece of carbon fiber cloth in a plane, allow it to reach its gel state, and use it as a pre-preg. Once I have this wrap it inan aluminum tube with mold release this tube is placed in a mold that I made properly to have the outer diameter desire and finally a curing oven.
