this is the third part that comes out exactly the same and i've done 3 diff things so far.... my kitchen oven minum is 76c so i leave that 2 hours and then take it to 110c this time i added peelply on the edges but nothing... the stack is as fallowed 2 layers of pre-preg aviation no face side... ... eassycomposite unperforated release film and breather all over the mold put inside a bag and full vac... any ideas guys... this is dirving me crazy already

ok after cooking for 8 hours at 60C then 1 hour at 110 here is the results i can count about 5-6 pin holes only compared to a million on my other fast cooking parts apart from the voids where clearly this is autoclave fabric i thought id test with this useless fabric to me and the key to getting less pinholes everytime is... cooking low temp for long time and adding peel ply under the first layer on the flange area... the pin holes are on the side where no peel ply was placed
so tomorrow i will continue testing this time even longer low cooking about 14-16 hours i am already working on getting out of autoclave fabric im doing all this testing to help other who might have pin hole problems with pre-preg im using the wrong fabric and im still getting an acceptable result from what was part 1 that was horrible

Looks like bridging from the pictures. You haven't got the cloth into the recesses in the mould....
