Hey Jap,
They say its lasercut.
The part need to be cured to be cut.

didnt see that the first time lol. would it be possible to wet out some carbon fibre, leave it to cure a little the trim it with a scalpel then sandwich it between two hard smooth surfaces to fully cure?

I would rather use watercutting or as you mentioned, cnc milling. But cnc milling a flat plate like this would need a vacuum table to make all cuts at once.
