Hi,

    Have made first mould with high surface finish and applied 5 coats of release wax. Applied PVA with sponge to get an even coat. OK for a few moments then it forms into droplets, which is what you would expect when applying a liquid over a waxed surface but surely this will impact on surface finish of gel coat ? I tried again with a brush and the same effects. Any advice gratefully received.
