I am building a new glareshield for an airplane.  The rear edge of the part has a bull nose and a slight return.  All the angles are slightly open so parts un-mold without issue.  But, getting fabric and resin to fill the corners in the underhang has proven difficult.  I vacuum bag the part. 

Does anyone have any tips for this sort of part?  Thank you.

I am sure the members could help. There is not enough information to go on.

Supply some pictures of your plane and where the part goes? A sketch as well on what you are about to do would help.
