Wanted: Tips for underhung parts

I am building a new glareshield for an airplane.  The rear edge of the part has a bull nose and a slight return.  All the angles are slightly open so parts un-mold without issue.  But, getting fabric and resin to fill the corners in the underhang has proven difficult.  I vacuum bag the part.

Does anyone have any tips for this sort of part?  Thank you.

a video for a mold i posted showed filling possible sharp corners with fibers to reinforce the area. i have also read the uses for
chopped CF  is to fill the odd voids and the resins can then encapsulate the fibers(chooped or loose strands). in the areas where cloth
doesnt want to co operate and stay in place.
i am unsure if my post if for your situation or not.
