question about resin that acting strange

i dont get guys i tryed on epoxy wraped part to lay polyster resin it worker surface became hard and great now i used very clear 320 poyster resin and after night in garage in 5+ only it was a little tacky after half of day more in warm home it became more tacky then ever? maybe thats what it needs to dry? as it said that resin needs best to dry +25

i dont get this.

with epoxy it is VERY VERY IMPORTANT to mix it thoroughly. otherwise it will never cure.
i have a piece near two years old that is hard and dry, but if you warm it in your hands or take out in the sun, it
gets ssoft and flexy. i did not mix it completely. mix for 5 minutes in a mix cup, and then pour into a 2nd mix cup and mix some more.
scrape the sides and bottom and change mixing sticks and be sure you have it mixed.
