That's huge! Hard edges are always tough to get super tight. It's always worked out better for us when you "soften" the edge of anything in order for a rigid material, like carbon, to be able to conform.

I need to cover the surface of a 'teardrop'  shape (like a squashed tube with a sharp edge). Will the sleeve form well around the sharp edge or is it better to use sheets ? size is approx 300 m long by 100 m wide (and 300 mm long).
