Most of that shape should pop out easily, just take care there isn't any mild "mechanical locking" on the part edges or the vent slots. That can make things a bit more difficult. No reason why you can't also use mould release wax.We recommend the minimum use of spray adhesive as possible as it can leave marks on the surface. The more you use, the worse the surface finish will be so a very light dusting is all we recommend if you use it.
