Place a flow layer between the cores and the resin will bond it during infusion. Otherwise I would use something like a thixotrop paste, made from aerosil and microballoons with resin. We sometimes use Gflow500 from Chomarat between the cores of we have to.

Depends in the fabric architecture and fibre type. I have done plates of 20mm thickness in one go without issue, and have done layups of 2mm in several steps to avoid problems with porosity.

That’s no problem. I have infused monolithic UD Carbon laminates with 120mm in one shot.Boat hills with much more layers and core also in one shot.But a 250cm2 platform might just be enough for one.....

What they said! If you're using common loose weave or stitched material you should be fine. Make sure the holes in the core are pretty close - like a 50mm grid. What are you thinking for a laminate.....

You can say roughly 1000g/m2 per mm. We mostly use a 1000g quadraxial two layers each side. That is a laminate that suits to a lot of scenarios.If you can’t get that use maybe 4 layers of 600g Biax.....

Quadraxials are essentially just 2 layers of biaxials stitched together with one layer flipped over for balance. So yes, it would do the same job - a quad would just save you the effort.
