Hi, what is the recommended maximum fabric thickness for a one shot successful infusion, given a 250 cm2 square area?

I would not recommend to bond but if you can also do that during infusion. Place a flow layer between the cores and the resin will bond it during infusion.
Otherwise I would use something like a thixotrop paste, made from aerosil and microballoons with resin.
We sometimes use Gflow500 from Chomarat between the cores of we have to.
