Hi, can you recommend best way to bond PVC foam sheets?Would micro fibers thickened epoxy do?(About holes: I will perforate after the bonding, so no problem about closed holes)

It is critical to completely cover both surfaces so you have no voids. And then you need to press the sheets together with a very even pressure - vacuum is the easiest way to achieve this.
