Pump failed during an initial low-temp cure cycle using the XT135 Tooling prepreg.(400mm diameter x 22mm part size)
I have emptied out the oil and it is a dark brown colour.(no metal checked with a magnet) The pump is seized however the motor seams to want to turn.
Order the pump on 13/05/2019 and has been used three times.

Your pump is still being tested as we speak.  Hopefully the tests and diagnosis will be complete sometime tomorrow, at which point we will be able to email you with a report and a way forward.
