Pump failed during an initial low-temp cure cycle using the XT135 Tooling prepreg.(400mm diameter x 22mm part size)
I have emptied out the oil and it is a dark brown colour.(no metal checked with a magnet) The pump is seized however the motor seams to want to turn.
Order the pump on 13/05/2019 and has been used three times.

Sorry to hear your pump has failed. Sounds like something has majorly gone wrong with the pump for it to stop working like that.  As the pump is still under warranty we would recommend you return it to us and we will investigate for repair or replacement.

From your account details I cannot find your order, can you message me or email us on technical@easycomposites.co.uk with your order number and I will put a note on to expect your pump back for repair or replacement.  Also please put a note in the box so we know that the pump is yours.

Hopefully we can get this sorted for you quickly and get you back up and running.
