What is the fibre volume fraction of XC110 prepreg?

The 210 is 42% and the 416g is 38%.

Also is there any measured data on the CTE and cure shrinkage values (for the 210g)?

There are no measured values for that data as yet, however in our experience in practice the shrinkage has been negligible and not easily measurable on the scale of parts made under testing.

Also, it was listed in the Data Sheet that the cure temperature range is from 85 to 120. Would it be possible to have a single stage instead of a two stage cure cycle? In that case, what would be the required duration at the lower temperature, e.g at 90 or 100?

Follow the Low Temp Cycle in the XC110 processing guide as that has a maximum cure temperature of 85C which is within your limits. However it is not a single stage process.
