Hi cbk, The 210 is 42% and the 416g is 38%.

Okay thank you so much! Also is there any measured data on the CTE and cure shrinkage values (for the 210g)?

There are no measured values for that data as yet, however in our experience in practice the shrinkage has been negligible and not easily measurable on the scale of parts made under testing.

Follow the Low Temp Cycle in the XC110 processing guide as that has a maximum cure temperature of 85C which is within your limits. However it is not a single stage process.
