What is the best way to attach legs to solid resin?
Can it be drilled and tapped? What’s the best way for something like this?

It can be screwed into no problem.  However on a big table like that, you need to be able to hide the fixings as they will show from above otherwise.  You can screw into the wood sections using a structural adhesive for the surface of the leg.  Care will need to be taken to ensure no air is trapped in the bond line otherwise it may be visible from above.
