Releasing from polished body filler

Group: Forum Members Posts: 15, Visits: 197	Hi all, I've got a hardtop for a lotus exige I'm trying to take a mould from, I've painted the roof in 2k paint, however after sitting around for a while there was some minor damage (large paint chip) requiring filler to correct. My question is can I just Polish the filler with the rest of the roof before taking a mould? I don't mind having to Polish up the mould surface later on I'm just not sure if it will release properly using release agent.

Group: Forum Members Posts: 15, Visits: 197	I've never used PVA release agent, will it affect the surface finish of the mould? I don't mind if it's a negligible effect that can be easily flatted and polished out. What size nozzle should I be spraying PVA release agent with using a compliant gun (not HVLP)?
