Hello,
Is there any health risks from working with carbon fibre products such as matting ,eg cutting, sanding etc.?

You should always read the SDS that comes with any resin products and if you are unsure, ask for one for the fabrics too. With most cured resin composites, dust inhalation is the main hazard which needs to be dealt with. Sometimes people are also allergic to resins or fabric dust so that is something to watch out for.
