I have some DF 212 available.  Its SHD composites out of autoclave material.
I got some as a trial; it does not work for my application.

$50 for approv 1 sq meter plus shipping.

Cheers

Morepower,

I have managed to get a pinhole free surface......on the female side a the part (the "B" side)  On the male side, its still full of gaps.  Its very bizare.  I have used the wax paper and the plastic carrier as releases, both work, but the wax leaves the surface pinhole free.  unfortunately I cant use the wax paper on the mould.

I get full vacuum and thin parts, but still no luck.

OK.. what is your cure schedule? Do you debulk the first layer too?

Here you can see this is straight out of the mould...
