Hi all,
I am a beginner in composite infusion and before making my first part, I am asking myself some questions :
Could you know a way to make IN2 resin UV stable?
Am I oblige by using a gelcoat or a polish UV stable?
Can you tell me how do the IN2 resin parts live in outside surrondings.

Many thanks
Hanaldo

As far as I understand, the IN2 resin is quite UV resistant for an epoxy, so it depends how much exposure the part will have.

If it needs to be UV Proof, so totally UV stable, then it can't be done without a coating of some kind.

You would need a UV stable gel coat or to lacquer the part with a UV stable clear coat - preferably a 2k paint.
