Just decided to have a specific fuel tank mould as knife and forking one from the monocoque mould was never going to be perfect....


Just started laying today too.. so fingers crossed it will be laid up tomorrow...
cured for Wednesday....

Going to look very nice I'm sure. Your method of doing the filler cap is what impresses me the most. I must learn to do this, I really hate secondary bonding.

I do the same for the fuel cap and the front tank mount.. It is easy and really cheap if you use T Nuts instead of Big Head fasteners, I can buy a box full of assorted sizes for the cost of 2 or 3 big heads.
