         Is there a formula for calculating the amount of resin for the infusion process for each square metre?

It's the same as normal, work out the total stack weight including mesh & peelply then work that out to the resin ratio you want/need say 50/50 or 60/40 F/R depending on the layup then add a some for the pot and some for the tubes (measure the inside diameter of the tube, calc the area and multiply by the length of tube to give volume).
