So, i accidentally grabbed a small bottle of resin IN2 instead if hardener (SLOW) when my hardener bottle ran out and completed the mix with more resin. Ive ended up with a mold with resin in it thats only got half the hardener in it it should have. Shall i bin it all now or is it worth waiting? and waiting ....
Thanks
Ben

I hate to say it but probably not, epoxy needs a very specific range of ratio's to actually cure. you may get a partial cure but it sounds like you've got a bin part
Has anything cured in the pot or brush?

no, its still all pretty runny ! lol.. lesson learned. i was too used to my rein being in big pots and hardener being in small ones. but the last order i made came as lots of small bottles....ah well. i may leave it over the weekend anyway and see what happens.

The resin will eventually solidify, but its thermal and mechanical properties will suffer.
